About the Host
Laurie Ann is the proud mother of three grown sons and the founder of The MOOBment. After years of living in an all male household- from sports sidelines and school milestones to weddings, empty nests and everything in between- she realized that there was a powerful bond among Mothers Of Only Boys and that MOOBs deserved their own voice and community. With warmth, humor, curiosity and heart, Laurie Ann creates meaningful conversations that celebrate the joys and challenges of raising sons. She brings together real moms, inspiring guests and trusted experts to share stories, laughter, wisdom and connection. Her passion is simple- to remind every MOOB that she is seen, supported and never alone on this journey.
When she is not behind the microphone, Laurie Ann loves spending time with her family, including her three sons, three daughters in law and three precious grandchildren (one boy and two girls!), playing golf, canasta and mahjong, traveling, hosting gatherings with friends and dreaming up new ways to grow The MOOBment community.
